Terms and Conditions of Business
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from the web site www.polkadotmusic.com. If you place an order through this web site, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
As much information as is reasonable is given about the goods offered and is given in good faith. Specific additional information may be provided on request.
Pricing
Prces are shown in GB Pounds. Postage and Packing within the UK is included in the price. VAT is not applicable. An estimate can be provided on request for international sale and delivery, and will be confirmed at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. Our charges are as follows:
Delivery to UK – POST FREE
All orders to Europe - £3.99 per order
Delivery to the rest of the World:
orders up to £19.99 - £5.00
orders up to £39.99 - £10.00
orders up to £59.99 - £15.00
orders up to £99.99 - £20.00
orders £100.00 plus - £25.00
Delivery
We will aim to despatch goods within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Goods will be despatched via first class pastage within the UK and goods should therefore be received within 5 working days. Delivery of international orders will take longer.
Payment
Payment should normally be made by PayPal, via PayPal’s web site. Alternatively payment may be made by cheque, but goods will not be despatched until after the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 10 days.
Availability of Goods
Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We do our best to keep our product listings updated, but the offer of goods on our web site does not guarantee that they are available for sale. If we do not supply the goods for whatever reason, we will not charge you for them and will refund any payment already made for them. You will not be entitled to compensation from us for any other losses you may incur if we do not supply the goods.
Communication
All communication will be via email. We aim to reply to emails within 2 working days at the latest.
Returns Policy
We do not normally accept returns, unless we have supplied the goods in error. In this event, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt and prior arrangement must be made to return the goods by emailing accounts@polkadotmusic.com. If we agree that the goods were sent in error, they must be returned in the same condition as supplied and in suitable packaging. Upon receipt by us, we will refund the cost of the goods and the agreed delivery charges. You will not be entitled to compensation from us for any other losses you may incur if we supply incorrect goods.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and accepted, it may not be cancelled.
Privacy
Polkadot Music will not disclose your details to third parties. Polkadot Music is a division of Polkadot Services and your details may be used by Polkadot Music and other divisions of Polkadot Services for marketing purposes unless you advise us otherwise by emailing admin@polkadotmusic.com.
General
- These terms and conditions of business will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
- The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights.
- You must be at least 18years old to order goods from this web site.
- Any order placed will be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to the terms and conditions of business detailed above.
